FAQ

What is your return and refund policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will help make it right.  Rusted Wave's products can be returned within ten (10) days of purchase in exchange for something else or for a full refund (minus original shipping fees).  To be eligible for a return, make sure that:
  • You purchase the product in the last ten (10) days
  • The product is unopened and in its original packaging
  • The product isn't damaged or used
  • You have a receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.  Please contact us via email at [email protected] for return authorization before sending your product.  Once approved, we will send you details on where to send the returned product.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.  For an exchange, we will pick up the tab on shipping your new item.

What kind of t-shirts do you use?

We only use premium quality shirts (i.e., super soft with a worn-in feel) such as Canvas, Next Level, American Apparel and Gildan Soft Style.  We prefer Next Level tees and use them whenever possible (more info at nextlevelapparel.com).

Can you explain your shirt sizes?

Our tees are generally the following measurements, although they could vary slightly (Chest/Length - in inches):

Unisex/Men's Shirts:  

XS (33"/27"), S (36"/28"), M (39"/29.5"), L (44"/31"), XL (46"/30"), XXL (50"/32")   

Women's Shirts:

S (32"/26"), M (32"/27"), L (36"/27"), XL (39"/27")

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe and PayPal's secure checkout system.  (No, you don't need a PayPal account!)

How much is shipping and what methods do you use?

For orders within the United States, LPs are shipped via USPS Media Mail and tees are shipped via USPS First Class Mail ($5.95).  If you need it sooner, holler and we'll work with you to upgrade to Priority Mail.  NOTE:  Rusted Wave values America's service men and women and will gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses. 

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes!  We ship to our friendly neighbors to the north in accordance with the following rates.

Other International Shipping?

We will gladly ship anywhere that USPS will ship.  Buyer is responsible for any customs fees or tariffs and should check with their local authorities and postal service with any questions prior to placing an order.  Rusted Wave will use appropriate customs forms and declare the value of the products purchased based on the actual purchase price paid.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Sure, as long as we haven't shipped your order yet.  Just contact us at [email protected].

What if I don't see the t-shirt size I'm looking for?

We strive to stock all sizes of our shirts, but there are times that we may sell out of certain sizes and designs, in which case we will re-stock ASAP (normally within a few weeks).  So check back often if you don't see the tee you're looking for!

You are responsible for all return shipping costs.  If you are doing an exchange, we will ship out your new tee on us.
